Trip Overview

The Annapurna region lying in the North – Western region of the Himalayan country.  Nepal is a land of dissimilitude. The region was not approachable to outsiders until 1970s and the Annapurna Circuit Trek trial was opened only in the 1977 AD, thus, the large part of the region is still unexploited and has  keep possession its natural beauty in the best form. The region protected under the Annapurna Conservation Area Project is home to the driest, windiest, and soggy regions in the country. We will onward our trail from Kathmandu then we will drive to beautiful town of Dharapani  along the banks of the Marshyangdi River. The town is situated in Lamjung district and seek the attractive view of Mount Himchuli and Mount Manaslu.  The highest upgrading point is at 5,416m which is the compelling Throng La Pass. From the pass, we will have amazing view of the whole Annapurna massif and Dhaulagiri range along with satellite peaks like Yak Gawa, Thorungtse, and Gangapurna.

The trek route also consists of 2 attractive Himalayan settlements of Manang and Mustang. These two are also the most popular trekking routes in Nepal as thousands of internal and international tourists flock there every year. Manang is also known as Lake District as it has some of the most beautiful lakes in the country. Tilicho Lake is the lake at highest elevation in the world at 4,919m. Here, we will be able to observe the rich culture of the Gurung people which is heavily influenced by Tibetan Buddhism. Mustang district, the land beyond the Himalayans is characterized by contrasts as the region itself is very dry and arid with massive mercury-red cliffs which are guarded by soaring peaks to the south. Here we will trek through the Kali Gandaki Gorge, the deepest in the world and also visit the holy Muktinath temple which lies in the laps of Mount Nilgiri and Dhaulagiri.

The trail will come onward to end at the beautiful / attractive lake city of Pokhara. The Pokhara Lake City is the no.1 tourists destination city which is known as the no.1 tourist destination in Nepal and there are many things to offer to visitors. Here we can visit beautiful Island, went  for boating in beautiful and serene lakes, and wallow in adventure sports like paragliding, zip flying and canoeing. The most appropriate time is to visit  is in autumn (September to November) and spring (April and May). The months are selected on the basis of climate and visibility because it is not advocate to trek during the winter as well there should be good chances of heavy snowfall.
