The nearby villages of Chitlang and Markhu are linked by a single road. The highest peak in the Kathmandu Valley, Chandragiri, divides these villages, which are located in various parts of the valley. Both of these locations have excellent cuisine and lodging options. After camping, visitors can take advantage of these locations’ attractions the next day, including cycling, boating at a hydroelectric water reservoir, and an organic town.
